Multiple Strip Cutting Machine

In order to cut strips from sheets of recompressed boards, press board, fibreglass, densified wood, or insulation sheets, a multiple strip cutting machine is employed. A unique feature of this machine helps to minimise operator participation and cut down on material handling times. The machine has numerous carbide-tipped special saws to divide the sheet into individual strips of the desired width, so we can get multiple strips from a single pass. Press board strips are created on the machine, which can then be used to edge rounded strips, dovetail strips, and t-strip for transformer insulation. Multiple strip cutting machine is integrated with dust collecting hoses and anti-vibration pads.
